With no data security breaches since our inception over 20 years ago, we are extremely proud to continually provide a service our customers can rely on. We achieve this by maintaining the very highest security standards and ensuring our supply partners do the same.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. NewZapp Communications is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
As a SaaS (Software as a Service) business delivering online products our carbon footprint is significantly smaller than other businesses and industries. But, we firmly believe that every business, no matter their environmental impact, should be playing their part. If we all assess and reduce our carbon emissions imagine the world we would live in. It’s worth the effort, and it’s worth leading the way.
This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) for NewZapp (the “Services”) sets forth the support service levels for each applicable Product Package. This SLA may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers with a 30-day notice period.
NewZapp fully supports the use of email as a communication channel but does not provide its services for the purpose of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM. All of our customers must understand and abide by the principals of email protocol and follow a strict “opt-in” policy.
At NewZapp Communications, we take the privacy of our customers, NewZapp users, employees, free account holders and contacts seriously. We are committed to safeguarding privacy and to complying with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 (Data Protection Registration Number Z8717259), the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2011.
